Short version: the game is yours to play, your progress is yours, and nothing in it is worth real money.
What Abisal is
An idle game about a submarine that dives on its own. It runs on your phone, keeps its own score, and is free.
The account is optional
You never have to sign up, and the game is the same either way. If you do add an account it holds your email address and, if you ask, a copy of your save, so that you can get your progress back on another phone. Your progress lives on this phone regardless: if you lose the phone without a copy, the progress goes with it.
Your progress is yours
What you build in the game belongs to you. We claim no right over it and we do not read it.
Pearls and Knowledge are not money
Pearls, Knowledge, spare tanks and every other item in Abisal are numbers in a game. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, they have no value outside the game, and we may rebalance them in an update. Nothing in Abisal costs money.
Fair use
Play the game for yourself. Do not try to break it, do not use it to harm anyone, and do not repackage it as your own.
Ads
The game is free and paid for by ads. Rewarded ads are always optional and always sit next to a free alternative; a short ad may appear when you return to the surface. No ad is ever chosen using your progress.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is. We do our best, but we cannot promise it will never lose data, never crash and never change. Balance, prizes and content may change in updates.
Ending it
You can stop playing whenever you want. Delete your data from Settings, or uninstall the app, and nothing of yours remains on the phone; delete your account and nothing remains with us.
Which law applies
Spanish law, and the courts of the place where you live if you are a consumer in the EU. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and the new version appears in the app before it applies.
